The TV adviser Call Centers provides, in a team, the interface between the company and his customers. It supports, mainly by telephone, information assignments, consulting, sales or assistance. Also, it has resorted increasingly in his activities to the Internet tool.
  • As part of service relationship, it welcomes, advises and assists clients or users;
  • Within the framework of business relationship, it forms leads and loyal customers.

After the training, the laureate will be able to execute the following activities:
  • Regulate, organize and manage its business based on a call flow, as part of a team
  • Collect and synthesise information to qualify the file
  • The techniques and procedures related to remote customer relations
  • Accueillir the customer or user at the telephone
Identify the expected service
  • Treat the request of the user or client
  • Conclure maintenance in receiving calls
  • Make account of services coacted
  • Naviguer and communicate using the Net.
  • Prepare within a team the final phase of a commercial action
  • Establish the client or prospect relationship
  • Carry remote sales approach
  • Conclure maintenance in outbound
  • Make account its commercial action
  • Age Restriction: No limit
    School level required: 2nd year of Baccalaureate minimum. This training is also open to students of the second year or the laureates of OFPPT Technician or Technician level tertiary sector Specialized.
    Qualities and skills the candidate must have:
    • Fluency relationnalle
    • Mastering French
    • office Knowledge
    • Stress resistance
    • Good diction
    • Have Ability to listen
    • Ability to work in team
    • Good auditory perception

    Training Selection Methods:
  • Tests and selection interviews
  • The training is modular, and assessments are carried out as follows:
    • Continuous Controls;
    • Culminating examinations;
    • End of training examination.
    After the training program, a Certificate of Achievement issued to successful candidates.
    After significant experience, adviser or remote client advisor can move to supervisor functions d`Appels centers. He can also develop skills in sales approach and move towards this activity by company management.
