Training Overview

The "Skilled Technician in Health and Quality" is responsible for checking and certifying that a food intended for consumption, show the necessary guarantees on a quality and hygienically level, from designing to finishing a product.

After the training, the laureate will be able to execute the following activities:
  • Carry out the microbiological analysis, physical chemistry, etc.
  • Execute selfanalysis,
  • Develop monitoring forms of control,
  • Contribute to the development of the quality manual,
  • Facilitate and coordinate activities quality hygiene or quality assurance
Age Restriction: 30 years old for Baccalaureate and Bachelor holders
School level required: scientific or technical school graduate
Qualities and skills the candidate must have:
  • sense of responsibility, organization and discipline
  • sense og autonomy, analysis, creativity and initiative
  • good interpersonal skills
  • Selfcontrol, passion for technology and ambition for career development

Training Selection Methods:
  • Guidance form to fill out
  • Interviews after selection
  • The training is modular, and assessments are carried out as follows:
    • Continuous Controls;
    • Culminating examinations;
    • passing examinations;
    • End of training examination
    After a few years of experience, and with demonstrating his professional skills, Skilled Technician in Health and Quality, will be entrusted with greater responsibilities such as:
    • Responsible Assistant Quality
    • Laboratory manager
    • Hygiene Manager
    • Responsible experimentation
    • Service charge method
