The major role of the "Operator on machines in Food Industry" is to ensure the safe piloting of a machine. He performs various operations and adjustments, in accordance with the hygiene requirements, food safety and industrial performance requirements in terms of deadlines. Apart from these tasks, he performs a self-testing of the production and maintenance of his machine.

After the training, the laureate will be able to run are the following activities:

Age Restriction: 30 years old
School level required: 3rd year of Education College or more.Or Diploma Specialization level in the industrial sector.

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Selfcontrol, ambition for career development.

  • The training is modular, and assessments are carried out as follows:
    • Continuous Controls;
    • Culminating examinations;
    • Passing examinations;
    • End of training examination
    After a few years of experience, and after demonstrating his skills and versatility, the Operator on in Food Industry Machinery which is presenting leadership skills can look forward leadership positions such as:
    • Group leader
    • Leader
    • Manufacturing Manager in the case of small production units.
