The Socio-educational Agent help people overcome challenges in order to enable the occupational integration of young people, and improve their wellbeing and living conditions. The Agent contributes, in conjunction with multidisciplinary team,to implement actions creating effective added value for all people in difficulty in order to prevent any social or medical-social problems. His main role is to implement Care projects bringing support and couselling to these people. In concrete terms, it is about host, assistance, guidance, animation, education and listening. The Socio-educational Agent can have functions related to family mediation, basic health care, diagnosis and Reporting, reports and advocacy elements for associations.The work of the Socio-educational Agent provides, among other things, the following population groups:
  • People with mental, motor and sensorial disabilities
  • People with severe or chronic diseases
  • Women who are subjected to physical or mental violence
  • Single Women
  • Elderly people
  • Children in educational, social or psychological difficulties: dyslexia, hyperactivity etc.
  • Children, Yound and Adults in precarious situations : orphans, Street children, Drug Addicts, exploited children etc.)

After the training, the laureate will be able to execute the following activities:
  • Apply reception techniques
  • Provide counselling and guidance
  • Ensure compliance with regulations related to the implementation of Daily actions
  • Take charge of recipient files
  • Accompany the beneficiaries in administrative procedures
  • Accompany the beneficiaries in the educational, occupational or social integration
  • Contribute to the developing, implementing, animating and monitoring of educational activities
Age Restriction: 30 years old
School level required: 2nd year Baccalaureate in any branch or Diploma in Welfare field (qualification level)
Training Selection Methods:
  • Written Test in Arabic
  • An interview in Arabic : checking the applicant's interest in the profession, as well as its ability to work in the social field
  • Other tests : checking the candidate's abilities
Assessments are carried out as follows:
  • Continuous Controls;
  • Culminating examinations;
  • Passing examinations;
  • End of training examination.
