Collective information meeting: Define the expectations of the company's management.


2nd step 
Positioning interview: Know more about the professional project of each candidate.


3rd step 
Preparation of the VAP application file, consisting of documents justifying the training followed by the candidate and the positions held in the past.


4th step 
Pre-selection of candidates: validate the application.


5th step 
Joint Pedagogical Commission: Validation of acquired skills by conducting an interview and/or professional test.


6th step 
Submission the commission's work results to the Company's Top Management.


7th step 
Establishment of a training instrument in order to reach the desired levels.
